Aqualillies for tarte waterproof cream eyeliners
The two limited edition waterproof cream liners come in gorgeous retro packaging with a double sided brush for easy application.
These waterproof cream liners claim to hold up against "rain, sweat, tears -- and even swimming." I don't know about rain, but they definitely hold up against sweat, tears, and swimming.
Unlike the normal waterproof clay eyeliners, these feature a double sided brush with an eyeliner brush and an angled brush; The normal ones feature a double sided brush with an eyeliner brush and a smudge brush.
These are the only two products from the Aqualillies for tarte collection that are exclusive to either Sephora or Ulta. Sephora got the teal color - Splash, while Ulta got the black color - Black.
Black with the flash on. Black is a matte black cream.
Splash with the flash on. Splash is a shimmery teal.
Splash with no flash. It definitely has shimmer in it.
Black and Splash swatched with the flash on.

So when I tested Black at the pool it was definitely waterproof and stayed put on my lids. However, the how-to card said to use it to tightline the upper lid (upper waterline) which I don't recommend because it didn't stay put and ended up on my lower waterline and in my eyes. Just use it on the lids, not the waterlines if going in the pool. I have not tried tightlining for just a normal hot and humid day so I cannot say if it's runny normally.
It was very easy to apply this liner using the included brush; Both ends work beautifully.
