June Julep Maven plus add-ons

Saturday I received my June Julep Maven upgrade box "Sail into Summer" featuring preppy colors inspired by Nantucket.

Released with this collection was the much anticipated DD Creme and DD Concealer.  The optional add-ons for this box were the duo makeup brush and the color Bunny. There was also a surprise treat in this box of three salt water taffies in the flavors chocolate, lime, and strawberry. They were quite yummy!

The polishes included in this collection are:

Kennedy - Classic with a Twist: "Khaki creme"

Martha - Classic with a Twist: "Polo pink creme"

Dianna - Boho Glam: "Mint green creme"

Lexie - Boho Glam: "Dandelion yellow creme"

Payton - Bombshell: "Kelly green creme"

Raegan - Bombshell: "Electric dark pink creme"

Bess - It Girl: "Baby blue creme"

Char - It Girl: "Nautical navy blue creme"

Nan - It Girl: "Nantucket red creme"

Bunny - It Girl: "Crisp white linen with fine gold shimmer"

A lot of people were wondering how Dianna would compare to Denver.  Here is Dianna on the left and Denver on the right.  You can't really tell from this picture but Denver is slightly brighter and greener while Dianna is slightly more grey-blue in undertone.  While they are very similar I would not say they are dupes for each other.

I ran out of room to swatch Bunny so I will do a manicure tomorrow featuring this color so I can show the swatches in daylight.

I have decided to do a separate post on the DD Creme and DD Concealer because of the many issues associated with them.
