Too Faced Summer Eyes

I have had this palette for a while and wanted to review it before the summer season ends.

This collection was released back in 2012 in the old cardboard packaging and sold out very fast. I missed getting it last year but I'm glad that I got it this year because I like the new packaging a whole lot better. It's sturdier and keeps things cleaner. The mirror isn't as large as I would like but it gets the job done.

The colors in this palette are the same as last year's palette. They are smooth and pigmented and shimmery;  Some are more glittery than others and it helps to use a good primer to prevent fall out.

The palette comes with a fold-out tutorial card that includes three different looks.

On the Too Faced website there are a couple of additional looks you can make with this palette: a Coral Eyes look and a Blue Eyes look (shown below.) I purchased a couple of additional items recommended for the blue eyes look which are the Perfect Eyeliner in Perfect Peacock, a dark teal, and the La Creme Color Drenched Lip Cream in Marshmallow Bunny, a light pink.
