Disney Villains Cruella de Vil
The fourth Disney Villain in this collection is Cruella de Vil from Disney's 101 Dalmatians.
I never realized this before, but after writing it down I see that "Cruella de Vil" is cruel devil.
All of the products feature the same art style on the packaging.

The Cruella de Vil nail polishes (shown left to right) include:
Nude - a pink mauve creme
Smokin Hot - red creme
Smokey Brown - brown creme
This is two coats of Nude over CND Sticky Base with Seche Vite Top Coat.

I was not impressed by these polishes. They were streaky and it took a bit of work to get each coat to apply evenly. They also stained my cuticles, even the nude color. After trying these three I felt no need to try the rest as each one was equally frustrating. However, once applied they look nice and I do like the colors in the Disney Villains collection.
The Cruella de Vil look book folds open to reveal the products and two different tutorials for day and night looks. The products included are a six pan eyeshadow compact, an eyeshadow brush, lengthening & defining mascara in black, liquid eyeliner in Black, mini eyeliner pencil in black, eyelid primer in sheer, and lip color in Cruella. I believe that everything but the eyeshadow compact and the lip color are part of the e.l.f. permanent range. The lip color applies as a sheer light nude peach color.
A closer look at the eyeshadow shades in the compact.
I used the e.l.f. eyelid primer prior to swatching these shadows. When first applied the primer is quite orange but fades to clear.
Maniac is a sheer shimmery champagne. It is very close to my natural skin color so it barely shows up on me. Puppy love is a shimmery bronze, and fur is a shimmery dark brown color. It took a lot of layering to get proper pigmentation for these shades with puppy love having the best pigmentation.
Cruelty is a shimmery gold, eccentric is a shimmery rust color, and stolen is a matte brown. It took a lot of layering to get proper pigmentation for these shades with eccentric having the best pigmentation. The matte shade applied a bit patchy.
If you want the colors to appear more vivid, I would suggest using a white primer base.
