Things to get you in the mood for the holidays

I found these bath salts at my local grocery store and fell in love with the cheeky quotes and holiday scents.  Each pack contains 6 oz. of salts that are blended with pure essential oils;  That's enough for 2-3 baths according to the package.  They are the perfect thing for getting you back into the holiday spirit after cold nights full of aches and pains from lugging around all those Christmas shopping bags and frazzled nerves from overcrowded stores and winter roads.

The Frosted Pomegranate merry bath salts say "Santa, my wish is for a fat bank account & a thin body.  Please don't mix these up like you did last year." HA! So true.  Be careful when gifting this one as it can come across the wrong way (no your not fat!)

Candles fill your home with cozy atmosphere and holiday scents which are especially nice for holiday parties and guest bedrooms.  Bath & Body works has been having some great sales this season and after smelling literally every single fragranced candle in the store, I picked Chestnut & Clove No.2 which is a "warm blend of chestnut, crisp cedar and fresh cloves."  If you can't find this one my second choice is the B&BW White Barn Home 3-Wick Candle in Flannel.  These candles are made from a blend of vegetable wax, have lead free wicks, and burn for approx. 25-45 hours.

What is Christmas without a tree and ornaments to put on that tree. If you have been lurking on my Pinterest page lately you will know that I am currently obsessed with woodland creature themed holiday decor.  These adorable little critters have found a new home on my Christmas tree.

And last but not least, are peppermint flavored candies to satisfy the holiday sugar cravings. Mint is naturally soothing to the stomach, so if you eat too much holiday dinner, have a peppermint (probably not the marshmallow ones though.)
